The Women Services Committee is a trailblazing initiative of The Kshatriyas Association of North America, USA. With a vision to bring the Kshatriya women together on one platform to network, learn, share, mentor, assist and empower one another with the values that matter the most and to Inspire more women to Aspire for higher positions in various arenas.
The Women Services Committee strives for the welfare and empowerment of women. The Prime Objective of the Kshatriya Women Services committee is to create awareness of women related issues pertaining to health, education, finance, career and other needs and also provide various resources to help women in need.
Mission: Empowering Women in hopes of achieving immediate and lasting changes in their lives.
Goals
1. Publicize Women Services within our community.
2. Recruit Volunteer Experts from various fields (Legal, Health, and Business) in all major cities in USA.
3. Build relationships with local non-profit organizations to leverage their services when required.
4. Create a trustworthy & secure platform that will enable women to confide and share their needs and issues.
5. Build a platform to connect women in need with right people, professionals, and organizations (Legal, Immigration, Health and Business) for help.
6. Build knowledge-sharing platform to share information on various topics of interest to women. Some of the topics are accomplishments of Women achievers/outstanding women, health, self-defense, career progression, personality development, financial planning, parenting, and legal rights etc.
7. Facilitate networking opportunities and events like walkathons, webinars that promote women empowerment (self-confidence, financial independence, personal development, health awareness and emotional intelligence).
The Kshatriya Women Services Committee comprises of Six Dynamic and Outstanding Women who live across the many cities of the United States and are passionate about empowering women to rise up in their lives. They are each an outstanding achiever and highly inspirational and are spearheading the cause of Women Empowerment.
