The Kshatriyas Association of North America’s Youth Services Committee is proud to announce the new innovative program for the Undergraduate Youth in the form of Summer Internships called “Career & Culture Internship Program (CCIP)”. We have a tie-up with the Kshatriya entrepreneurs in Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam to provide an opportunity for our youth during the summer of 2019. The objective of this Internship Program is to give our youth the career enhancement work experience in India along with the first hand experience of our cultural values. Communication skills improvement in Telugu is an added advantage.

This year Summer Internships are available in Hyderabad and Vizag for undergrad students based in USA. The Kshatriyas Organization will felicitate the process of identifying the eligible students and submit them to the entrepreneurs. The selected candidates will be responsible to plan the rest of the arrangements on their own to complete the Internship in India.

The Salient Features of this program includes but not limited to:

• Participant gets real time professional quality work experience.
• Undergraduates from all disciplines like Engineering, Medicine, Business Management etc are eligible to apply.
• Pre – MED students will get real time hospital experience.
• Participants gets an opportunity to stay with their immediate family, grandparents or relatives.
• Telugu communication skills will be enhanced.

Program Structure:

• Resumes Submission date on or before May 15th 2019.
• Interviews will schedule from May 16th to May 22nd.
• Selections and offer letters will be scheduled immediately after interviews
• Internship starts on June 1st and ends on August 15th.

Rules and Regulations:

• The Kshatriyas Organization felicitate the process and connect our youth with the Entrepreneurs.
• Participants are responsible for their own Travel, Lodging and Boarding.
• Participants should agree to the rules and regulations offered by entrepreneurs.
