Vision & Goals

Organization Vision:

Provide a platform for Kshatriya Community in North America that offers a sense of belonging.
Promote our culture, tradition, and values to pass it on to the next generation.
Provide assistance to the needy in Kshatriya Community to improve their livelihoods.

Executive Committee Goals:

Implement fiduciary, strategic, and generative plans, policies, and decisions consistent with the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles.
Monitor, assist, evaluate and report progress of organization goals and initiatives from time to time.
Develop Policies and Procedures to facilitate change and transition seamlessly as organization progresses
Enable smooth communications, operations, and operational support of the organization
Address any critical or policy issues to resolution in a timely manner

Finance Committee – Goals & Objectives

Coordinate and reach out to Presidents for guidance on all activities
Support Presidents/Secretary Office in developing yearly budget
Provide oversight support all through the year on how funds allocated are being spent by different committees
Manage and oversee financial activities (Bank Accounts and Books)
Develop and Publish reports including IRS, financial statements for the website
Coordinate and help tax returns filing by closely working with Auditor
Support executing the approved funds transfers by closely working with Secretary office

Membership Committee – Goals & Objectives

Expand membership across the community.
Identify key people across geographical areas who would help achieve our goal.
Update details of members in our community continuously.
Normalize database of the memberships for better reports and work with Communication team to bring improvements for registration process on a regular basis.
Work collaboratively with Communication and Matrimonial teams to support their needs
Provide ability for community members to register via the new and improved organization website.
Work closely with communication team to send periodic notifications to members.
Develop a strategy and a plan to categorize memberships (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) by closely working with President and Executive committee as necessary.
Collaborate with regional membership committee members closely on a regular basis to identify new members and also to focus on areas of improvement.

Women Services – Goals & Objectives

Publicize women services within our community.
Recruit volunteer experts from various fields (Legal, Health, and Business) in all major cities in USA.
Build relationships with local non-profit organizations to leverage their services when required.
Create a trustworthy & secure platform that will enable women to confide and share their needs and issues.
Build a platform to connect women in need with right people, professionals, and organizations for help.
Build knowledge-sharing platform to share information on various topics of interest to women. Some of the topics are accomplishments of Women achievers/outstanding women, health, self-defense, career progression, personality development, financial planning, parenting, and legal rights etc.
Facilitate networking opportunities and events that promote women empowerment (self-confidence, financial independence, personal development, health awareness and emotional intelligence).

Youth Service – Goals & Objectives

Establish a healthy and dignified platform to network and build healthy friendships. Promote and delegate Kshatriya culture, family values, and respect towards elders to the Kshatriya youth.
Identify geographical segments and mentors
Gather emails and contact information of the parents/families’ segment by segment
Promote parent interactions and family get-togethers
Introduce fun activities for primary and middle school students
Introduce sports/athletic events for middle school, high school, and college kids
Offer SAT/ACT/PSAT coaching for High school students and offer guidance to higher education
Offer career guidance, internship, research opportunities and seed the entrepreneurship thinking among young adults.
To support this goal, let’s identify and group researchers and entrepreneurs form Kshatriya community.
Offer career guidance to medical /dental and pharmacy students for residency and fellowship programs. To support this goal let’s form the physician network and pharmacist network.
Promote youth nights

Communications – Goals & Objectives

Manage efficient and effective communications with members of the community as required.
Manage timely coordination with all committees of the organization and support their communication needs.
Maintain the organization website with the latest cutting-edge technologies.
Explore the feasibility of the Mobile App to serve the community in a better way.
Develop news letters on a regular basis by coordinating with Secretary/Joint Secretary
Explore the delivery of News Letter and community updates by Push Notifications / Text Messages.
Manage the website content with timely updates across the organization.

Community Service – Goals & Objectives

Provide financial assistance to meritorious and financially needy kshatriya students
Provide mentorship and coaching to kshatriya students
Provide financial assistance to the needy kshatriya individuals/families using the “Kshatriya Helping Hands” group/crowd funding platform.
Direct “Donor Advised Funds” towards the requested community service activity or a named beneficiary
Promote and support new community service initiatives that will benefit the kshatriya community

India Operations – Goals & Objectives

Assist the organization across the board in successfully executing operations in India
Coordinate with local/sister Kshatriya organizations as needed while executing operations in India.
Suggest new initiatives and services to various committees based on the community needs in India.
Monitor existing initiatives on the ground in India as needed

Matrimonial Service – Goals & Objectives

Create a Global System/Platform by leveraging and integrating with sister Kshatriya Community Organizations/Samithis.
Explore the option of charging for Matrimonial services to encourage better participation by the community
Develop Smart Phone App for matrimonial service.
